crowntechnologiesinc.com always focuses on top high quality Customer Service. Always take care of Customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the same, we offer a refund policy. The refund clauses are given below for your reference :

Refund Clauses :

Refund policy does not apply for Free or Trial Offers.
50 % refund will be provided against the total amount paid if applied in written within 3 calendar days of project delivery.
20 % of the total amount paid will be deducted as against processing fee, gateway and administrative charges.
Your refund takes effect only when you send us a email within 3 calendar days of your project delivery from your registered email id to [email protected]
Refund policy will be valid only if Crown Technologies fails to provide satisfactory solutions or service mentioned in the Crown Technologies Agreement document.
No refunds will be entertained for those services that Crown Technologies has processed on discounts or on special occasions like Christmas, Thanksgiving etc.
These are special limited time and occasional offers and therefore cancellations or refunds against this service are not possible whatsoever.

You have the right to cancel the subscription and services only if you abide by all the refund clauses given above. If you fulfil all the above requisites your refund will be processed within 15 business days after receiving your refund request. Please note you will be entitled to get only 50% refund if applied within 3 calendar days of enrollment with a Valid Reason and Supporting Documents and fulfilling the above clauses.
